Delivering customized personal training since 1993, Kris is certified by The Cooper Institute, Primal7 Trainer and Instructor, Level One CrossFit instructor and has also been featured as a, “Fitness Boot Camp Instructor” for the Fox 7 News, in Austin, TX.
Kris’s individualized and innovative “Toes to Nose” approach to creating a truly custom fitness experience. He combines a personalized and dynamic training regimen with nutrition counseling and ongoing motivational support to help you reach and maintain your fitness goals.
Kris also provides sport-specific training for all ages, group classes, post-rehabilitation conditioning, age-specific training for the senior population, and post-partum toning and shaping. Kris is a former competitive amateur bodybuilder and strength athlete.
